Job Description
We are looking for an Interim Head of business development Nordics, 12 months, and starting after the year-end. The ideal candidate will have experience in building a team, creating security and engagement, and driving software development in a lean agile way.
Requirements
- Can build a team and create security and engagement where everyone works towards the same goal
- Be a stable bridge between commercial product and developers
- Really sharp at driving software development in a lean agile way
- Set up processes and implement lean agile in the organization
- Good knowledge of product management where the commercial thinking is always present
- Had budget responsibility and led medium-sized organizations
