German market experience, 8+ years relevant experience in Private Equity or Asset Manager with €250m+ AUM, Private Equity background, Fluency in German (written and spoken) and English
M&A Associate Director
5-10 years of experience in M&A with private equity funds, strong financial acumen, and excellent negotiation and communication skills
Treasury Manager
7+ years of treasury experience, strong FX execution skills, and understanding of treasury products/markets
Legal Counsel
Private practice trained with 1 – 4 years of post qualification experience and excellent technical legal skills
Treasury Associate
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of the FX trade lifecycle and related controls/reconciliations, exposure to Treasury Management Systems, and analytical skills required
Compliance Operations Analyst
2+ years of compliance experience, experience in Investment/Wholesale Bank, and degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin or relevant experience
Fund Finance Manager (Real Estate Debt)
3+ years of experience in fund operations, chartered accountant or equivalent, and experience in Private Equity/Asset Management/Investment Banking/Financial Services
Investment Compliance Director
2nd line compliance experience, strong exposure to private markets, and knowledge of ELTIF requirements
