Senior Manager or Associate Director, Transaction Services (F/H)

Interpath is looking for a Senior Manager or Associate Director to join their Transaction Services team in Paris. The role will involve delivering transaction services projects for clients, working closely with Managing Directors, and developing a leading Deal Advisory practice in France.

Requirements

• Business / engineering school or university (Bac +5) with a focus on accounting, business, finance or economics.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of audit and transaction services experience at a top accounting firm (Big4 or equivalent) with a least 4 years in transaction services
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team spirit required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and experience in supporting project teams/relationships and communications with clients.
• Experience across multiple sectors.
• Experience in go to market whilst driving business development strategy.
