Tool Shop Lead

The Tool Shop Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the tool shop, ensuring all timelines are met, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. They will lead a team in performing tasks, meet with customers, and manage budgets. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Work experience: 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Education: High School Diploma
• Computer skills: proficient with Microsoft office skills
• Organization skills: excellent organizational, ability to multi-tasking and shift priorities as needed
• Cross-functional skills: ability to work well cross-functionally with the IDTs; provides excellent internal and external customer service
• Communication skills: excellent written and verbal skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
• Problem solving skills: good problem-solving skills with the ability to provide easily understood solutions
