Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a customer success role
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience coordinating social media content and engagement strategies
• Goal oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and willingness to build processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
