Job Description
Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of AI-driven products, including requirement analysis, prototyping, and Agile/Scrum-based project management. Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify AI implementation scenarios. Design and implement AI-driven solutions tailored to wealth management, investment banking, and financial risk control.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience as an AI product manager, with successful cases of AI product implementation preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
- Master the basic principles of AI technology, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLM
- Familiar with mainstream frameworks and algorithm application scenarios
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive cross-departmental collaboration and resolve conflicts
- Familiar with AIGC technology, low-code platforms preferred
