Requirements
- Oversee the daily trading activities, including order management, trade execution, and settlement
- Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize execution quality and minimize market impact
- Monitor market conditions, news, and economic data to identify trading opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with the portfolio management team to understand investment objectives and trading requirements
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices
- Continuously research and implement new trading technologies, techniques, and tools to enhance execution performance
- Provide detailed trade analysis and reporting to the management team
- Mentor and train junior members of the trading team
