Requirements

• Oversee the daily trading activities, including order management, trade execution, and settlement
• Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize execution quality and minimize market impact
• Monitor market conditions, news, and economic data to identify trading opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with the portfolio management team to understand investment objectives and trading requirements
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices
• Continuously research and implement new trading technologies, techniques, and tools to enhance execution performance
• Provide detailed trade analysis and reporting to the management team
• Mentor and train junior members of the trading team
