Head of Product Strategy (Actuarial) - Leading Multinational Insurance & Asset Management Firm [HK/SG]

Our client, a leading multinational insurance and asset management firm is looking for Head of Product Strategy specifically with Actuarial transformation experience. The role can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Requirements

• Take responsibility for solution design recommendations, ensuring they align with global tech standards and roadmaps, and providing justifications in terms of business benefits and alignment with technology roadmap outcomes.
• Deliver timely and concise updates to the Finance GTP Head and GTPC/SRC governance committees.
• Lead and inspire diverse teams of technical experts.
• Comprehend and analyze business needs and convert them into tech solution design concepts.
• Supervise the Technology Architecture Design (Application, integration, infrastructure) for all Accounting & Reporting tech products.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between business (Finance/Actuarial) and technology stakeholders in co-creating tech solution design concepts.
• Coordinate efficiently with tech delivery leads in planning and executing tech product delivery, as well as transitioning to the Run team post-go-live.
• Manage diverse teams effectively, consisting of both internal and external resources.
