Job Description
Our client is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to lead the design and implementation of solutions for replatforming core banking supervision systems.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, preferably in the finance or regulatory domains.
- Experience in analyzing and redesigning business processes and systems.
- Familiarity with large-scale IT projects involving various business and IT teams and systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to persuade business users in support of proposed strategies and process enhancements.
- Proficiency in tools for creating UI/UX mockups and process diagrams to aid in requirement communication.
- A solid grasp of software development principles and design patterns.
- Knowledge of business analysis and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) is a plus.
- Ability to write reports and deliver presentations effectively.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
