Job Description
As a Linux Engineer in infrastructure team, you will work on x86 hardware, the Linux operating system, and all the tuning to achieve low-latency trading goals.
Requirements
- RedHat 9
- Debian/Ubuntu familiarity
- Linux kernel.org version 6+: configure/tune/build/package the kernel
- Rpm building
- Familiarity with Intel hardware, internals, tuning
- Overclocking Intel CPUs: understanding of hardware capabilities (CPUs, DDR4/5 tuning, etc)
- Documentation and Test hygiene: able to clearly explain control systems, test harnesses, and scientific approach to testing
