Full Stack Developer (Python/Dash)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver applications using Python and the DASH framework. You will partner across teams, build backend services, manage data platforms, and ensure system performance from UI down to database.

What You Will Do

Partner with product, data, and engineering peers to address business needs, build backend services and REST APIs, handle databases and data platforms, lead features from ideation through to deployment and delivery, and diagnose and enhance performance across frontend, backend, and data tiers.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Prior work building finance-related dashboards or tools, hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent), some exposure to containerization (Docker) or automated pipelines (CI/CD), and strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Requirements

• Curiosity about AI, LLMs, or data engineering
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and precision
• Able to work effectively in a fast-moving setting
• Well-grounded in: Python, REST APIs, SQL, Snowflake, AWS RDS / Postgres / MySQL, Git and modern development practices
