Director, Catalyst

Golin, a progressive public relations agency, is seeking a Director, Catalyst (Account Director Healthcare) to work on a large pharmaceutical client. This role involves strategic counsel, client relationship management, healthcare offering development, brainstorming leadership, digital and traditional communication expertise, thought leadership, and team motivation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing client financials, collaborating effectively, and challenging clients and team members constructively.

• Experience managing all financial aspects of client business and managing/achieving revenue goals internally at an agency is critical
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and client teams at all levels
• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• Healthcare / Pharma experience a must
