Job Description
Ipsen is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide service and maintain technical equipment. The role involves installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and calibration services for customer equipment, requiring travel up to 90% of the time within the Northeast US, including potential up to two weeks at a time during training. The position focuses on excellent customer service, safety, and efficient resolution of issues.
Requirements
- Installs new equipment and repairs existing equipment
- Reviews project scope of supply and completes service jobs on-site
- Accurately records hours worked and submit expense reports
- Documents service jobs and record warranty claims
- Coordinates problem-solving activities with support teams
- Travel up to 90% of the time, including extended travel and potential up to two weeks at a time during training
