Job Description
Ipsen is seeking a Field Service Engineer for remote, full-time work servicing the Northeast US. Requirements
- Identify technical issues of heat treatment equipment.
- Execute service jobs at customer sites.
- Document performed service jobs and record warranty claims.
- Identify and promote up-/cross-selling services.
- Schedule service jobs with the HUB Lead.
- Accurately record hours worked and job assignments.
- Submit expense reports.
- Maintain safe practices and follow Ipsen policies.
