Job Description
Ipsos is seeking an Operations Manager for its Operations Division in Maputo, Mozambique. The role focuses on improving operational processes, ensuring data quality in the Research Division, managing teams, and supporting managers' resource planning. The ideal candidate will be a decisive, team player with strong commercial acumen.
Requirements
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for operational improvements.
- Oversee quality, timeliness, and profitability of data collection.
- Manage Field, CATI, Coding, and Quality Control teams.
- Monitor financial KPIs and budget adherence.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement through efficiency initiatives.
- Establish technical standards and ensure compliance.
