Lead IT Risk Management within a financial organization, responsible for strengthening the IT risk framework, leading a team, and ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.
Requirements
- Lead a team of IT Risk specialists
- Develop and maintain the IT Risk Management Framework
- Draw up and update policies for IT, data, and continuity risks
- Translate technological developments into control measures
- Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations
- Monitor, analyze, and report IT risks to management
- Promote 'control by design' in collaboration with IT and business
- Align with departments such as Operational Risk, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management
- Coach and develop team members
