Senior Project Manager - Greenfield Data Center Construction

We're recruiting for an elite construction management firm to lead a $6B flagship data center project in Amarillo, TX, from pre-construction through commissioning. This is a high-stakes, high-profile project with a strong team culture and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• 15+ years in construction management, including direct data center project experience.
• Strong background in general contracting, architecture, or engineering.
• Deep understanding of MEP systems, mission-critical infrastructure, and data center best practices.
• Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to zoom out while also diving into details as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including active listening and clear articulation of ideas.
