Systems Engineer

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer to join their Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical advice, troubleshooting complex enterprise problems, and maintaining the health of their production systems and IT inventory.

Requirements

• 4-9 years of experience in technical operations or systems engineering functions
• Strong knowledge of local area networks, server installations, and various computing platforms such as Nutanix, VMware, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Proven ability in problem-solving and maintaining operating systems, specifically Linux and Microsoft Server, within a 24-hour operational support environment
