Job Description
Isar Aerospace is seeking a Senior Structural Analysis Engineer to perform detailed stress analysis and validation of designs for rocket structures. The role involves guiding design decisions, identifying failure scenarios, and developing test plans. The engineer will also serve as a technical mentor for junior engineers.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical or related field
- 8+ years of experience in analyzing aerospace structures
- Profound knowledge in classical hand-calculations and advanced FE Modelling of aerospace structures
- High degree of independence and confidence in assessing and trading design risks
- Strong engineering intuition regarding load paths and failure mechanisms
- Fluent English
