Job Description
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby on Rails, experience with front-end technologies, and a passion for writing clean and efficient code.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- At least 2 years of proven working experience in developing applications with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as RSpec and Resque
- Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and JQuery
- Experience developing highly interactive applications
- A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM and RESTful
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
- Familiarity with development aiding tools
- Familiarity with continuous integration
