The AV & Asset Management Administrator plays a critical role in managing and supporting audio visual systems across all ISN office locations. This position also directly manages the lifecycle and inventory of all IT and AV assets throughout the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in AV support and asset management
- Experience with AV systems including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, cameras and control systems
- Experience with AV platforms and technologies such as Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Shure, Logitech and Crestron
- Proficiency in troubleshooting AV hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with asset management platforms and inventory tracking tools
- Experience with asset lifecycles including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
- Able to regularly lift and move up to 30lbs
