Job description
Take responsibility for the holistic development, safety, and wellbeing of assigned students while ensuring they progress according to their abilities. Support curriculum delivery, student learning, and whole-school development through collaborative planning, effective classroom practice, and active participation in school events and initiatives.
Deliver the curriculum, support students, participate in school development, and maintain accurate records of student progress. Ensure student safety, provide constructive feedback, and display student work creatively.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in English, clear communication, collaborative skills, analytical skills, and a commitment to safeguarding principles. They will be able to work effectively in a transparent and collaborative manner, provide professional support for colleagues, and take charge in creating a healthy and safe environment for students.
