Senior Site Reliability Engineer

ISS STOXX is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their team in Mumbai, India. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of GRV’s platform and services.

Requirements

• Design, expand, and optimize Kubernetes-based deployment architectures for microservices.
• Enhance our monitoring and observability stack with tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and supporting ecosystems.
• Ensure all microservices produce consistent, actionable logs that integrate seamlessly into our log-indexing infrastructure.
• Write and maintain code that supports build automation, tooling, and operational workflows.
• Contribute to reliability-focused initiatives, including building and improving Docker images and managing workloads across Kubernetes clusters.
• Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to improve deployment practices, operational processes, and automation.
• Develop and expand documentation for operational tasks, runbooks, and escalation procedures.
• Champion reliability best practices and help guide the evolution of our platform’s architecture and operations.
