This position is for a Senior Construction Manager responsible for overall project planning, coordination, and monitoring in Onshore Wind Park projects. The role requires independent leadership of project budgets, time plans, and team management, ensuring quality adherence and timely implementation. The manager will report to the Business and Project Management department.

Requirements

• Completed study in construction engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in construction supervision in the Onshore Wind energy sector.
• In-depth knowledge of project management, particularly in budget planning and scheduling.
• Experience in leading teams and coordinating external service providers.
• Confident German and English language skills.
• High self-initiative, responsibility and determination.
