FACILITIES ATTENDANT - 1ST SHIFT RESIDENTIAL

This Facilities Attendance position is a full-time, on-shift position responsible for the care, cleaning, and stocking of indoor campus facilities. It involves maintaining cleanliness, conducting routine maintenance, and providing customer service to students and visitors. The role is essential during emergencies and requires reporting to work on a rotating schedule.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning agents and equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.
• Ability to obtain valid NYS Driver's License (preferred).
