We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 9 to 12 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with expertise in Employee Central and Time Off modules
- Certification in SuccessFactors EC is required
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors data models, business rules, and workflow configurations
- Experience conducting business requirement workshops and performing Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead end-to-end implementation projects and provide front-end support to customers
- Knowledge of integration between ONB 2.0 and EC is preferred
- Experience in data migration and data cleansing activities
