Mid/Senior Analytics Engineer

At ITT, we are looking for a Mid/Senior Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating analytics dashboards, developing and maintaining data pipelines, building data models and designing analytics solutions that help the business make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, or a similar role
• Extensive experience in data modeling for reporting and analytics use cases
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, more specifically Power BI with a focus on designing user-friendly dashboards
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Python for data processing, data analysis and data science
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Azure
• Proven track record of leading analytics projects from inception to completion
• Proficiency in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and methodologies to ensure optimal project outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to design and propose solutions to meet project requirements, including data engineering and analytical tools such as Power BI, Fabric Dataflows and other enterprise tools
• Experience working in agile development environments and be a collaborative team player
• A team-oriented mindset and a passion for data-driven innovation
