Role Overview

The Strategic Sourcing Manager plays a critical role in advancing the division’s sourcing strategy by leading high-impact sourcing initiatives and delivering measurable savings. This position develops and executes sourcing strategies that create business value through market intelligence, cost analysis, risk reduction, quality improvement, and supplier performance management.

What You Will Do

Lead development and execution of category strategies, manage supplier relationships, support negotiations for supplier agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan sourcing needs and maintain effective inventory control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry or related technical field
• 8+ years of demonstrated expertise in sourcing or strategic purchasing
• Supply Chain /Supply Management certification(s)
• Strong project management experience
• Demonstrated leadership and influence
• Excellent business analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong listening and analytical skills
• Strong Financial acumen and professional presence
• Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office programs and Outlook
• Proficient with current technology
• NAV/ERP and desktop systems expertise
