Job Description
IVA’AL Solutions, LLC provides support to the Air Force (AF) Family Advocacy Program (FAP), staffing qualified Clinical Social Workers, NAs, and Program Assistants. The Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (FATM) is a member of the multidisciplinary FAP team, responsible for assessing and treating maltreatment cases, preventing family abuse, and coordinating services for families. The FATM is a primary provider of treatment for assigned cases, evaluating effectiveness and ensuring client safety and participation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a CSWE-accredited school
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker license
- Two years’ full-time post-master’s degree experience (within last three)
- Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader
- Basic Life Support Certification (Course C)
- Valid driver’s license
