The Commercial Strategy & Operations Analyst role is responsible for analyzing sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to identify opportunities for growth. The role involves working with data, automation, and optimization to improve sales team performance and support strategic projects.

Requirements

• Early in your career (1-3 years experience)
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Experience managing data in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with SQL or a data visualisation tool like Looker or Tableau
• Proactive problem-solver
• Clear communicator
• Fluent in German and English (at least C1)
