Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will provide leadership and customer service in a retail store, assisting the Store Manager with all operations, sales goals, and financial aspects. The role involves customer interaction, team management, staff recruitment/development, and maintaining store standards. The position is temporary or on-site.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail and restaurant.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers.
• Strong desire to exceed corporate initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, and ability to be on-call.
