Job Description
Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing integrated production and service delivery systems to ensure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, and cost control.
Requirements
- Ability to perform assembly process for High Level Assembly (HLA)
- Knowledge of assembly drawing, interpretation of part drawing and specification
- Report writing, perform DFM, and ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of PFMEA, Process Flow, Control Plan, and Process risk Assessments
- Leadership and commitment to supporting continuous improvements in quality, productivity, and delivery performance
- Monitoring and continuously improving daily quality/efficiency performance
- Experience with Lean Tools, such as Cycle Time, TAKT Time, LBR, and waste reduction
- Proven record of accomplishment of successful change management and cost reduction programs
- Strong communication skills
- Adherence to all safety and health rules and regulations
