Manufacturing Engineer

JAC Products is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Saline, MI. The role involves problem-solving, Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives, and process development, working closely with both Product Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will analyze process performance, champion process improvements, and contribute to product development.

Requirements

• Knowledge of injection molding and assembly operations.
• Strong technical writing skills for the preparation of quote packages and specifications.
• Strong eye for detail and maintaining exacting standards.
• Effectively work with others, sound verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Knowledge of CAD systems/software for product and tool designs.
• Knowledge of fixture design, sensors, PLC and programming, poke yoke and error proofing.
• Knowledge of raw materials, manufacturing methods and alternatives.
• Strong communication skills, MS Office skills, organizational and problem-solving skills.
