Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager Sales Development Off-Trade to implement the marketing plan based on data and design processes to drive the further development of our Off-Trade Performance. You will lead cross-functional projects and optimize sales processes, develop scalable workflows, and drive continuous improvement. You will bring a high understanding of Off-Trade activities and have proven success in leading cross-functional projects and optimizing sales processes.
Requirements
- Experience in Key Account Management and a high understanding of Off-Trade activities - ideally in FMCG or Spirits
- Analytical and communication skills to interpret complex data and convince stakeholders
- Project and process competence to lead cross-functional projects and optimize sales processes
- Technology skills in using CRM systems, BI tools, and Excel
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
