Expert - AdTech

Jazz is building Pakistan's leading AdTech and data monetization platform, turning first-party telecom data into measurable advertising value for enterprise clients. As Expert – AdTech, you'll own the development and growth of our digital and Telco advertising products end to end.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in AdTech, digital advertising, marketing technology, or data-driven marketing
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and the broader digital advertising ecosystem
• Understanding of Telecom BSS and OSS Support Systems
• Hands-on familiarity with one or more AdTech platforms — DSP, SSP, DMP/CDP, ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager), or programmatic and analytics tools
• Knowledge of audience analytics, attribution models, and campaign measurement
• Experience in go-to-market planning, business case development, or channel enablement
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
