Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to further their Feedlot career with a leader in the industry at JBS Prime City Feedlot.
Requirements
- Managing all aspects of the feeding and milling functions including team performance
- Feed commodity receival, storage and inventory management
- Feed allocation and feed delivery to ensure operational targets are met
- Compliance with milling grain to maximise cattle performance outcomes
- Team management, engagement, development and training in a positive and proactive manner
- Compliance with JBS Australia policies, including but not limited to: WHS, HR, QA, Animal Welfare & Environmental obligations
