Job Description
KENT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee all aspects of the retail location's operations. This role involves managing various departments, maintaining safety standards, providing excellent customer service, and developing employees. The position focuses on optimizing sales performance and enhancing the customer experience.
Requirements
- Oversee and manage shrink, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Maintain high standards on the sales floor and within your departments.
- Engage and motivate team members through regular check-ins and coaching.
- Drive profitability by executing sales strategies.
- Analyze sales performance and implement initiatives to enhance sales growth.
- Support team development through training programs.
- Trouble shoot customer related issues and provide great customer service.
- Operate Microsoft Suite applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Operate Kronos for timekeeping and attendance management.
- Ensure proficiency in software usage to enhance productivity.
