Customer Success Manager DACH (m/f/d)

As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide our customers through their entire lifecycle and ensure that Jedox delivers maximum value to them. You will strengthen relationships, promote adoption, and support strategic growth decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or Presales.
• In-depth understanding of FP&A processes; EPM consulting experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in a software or SaaS-driven environment.
• Very good understanding of modeling, planning, and forecasting concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a talent for storytelling.
• Confident in working with executives and various stakeholders.
• Experience with QBRs, product demos, roadmap conversations, and executive sessions.
• Proactive, customer-oriented way of working combined with project and change management skills.
• Routine in collaboration with Sales, Product, Support, and Services – in the spirit of our OneTeam thinking.
• German on a native speaker level, as well as very good English skills.
