Jenkins Electric is looking for an experienced AC/DC Electric Motor Mechanic to join their fast-growing team.

Requirements

• Inspect various kinds of electro-mechanical equipment for damage and evidence of electrical malfunctions
• Measure for ad note need for replacement parts
• Correctly requisition needed items from storekeepers, as approved by the supervisor
• Illustrate and/or document all relevant data specific to the unit’s electro-magnetic characteristics, operating condition existing damage, or intended serviceability
• Dismantle and/or strip damaged or unserviceable electro-mechanical
• Observe proper insulating techniques and/or requirements during rewinding
• Test rewound electro-mechanical equipment according to Longo standards and document test results
• Prepare reusable parts for rewinding and inspect renewed parts for hidden structural damage or unusual conditions
