Summer Swim Club Coordinator

The Summer Swim Club Coordinator leads poolside programming at the JCC Summer Swim Club, creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for members and families.

Requirements

• Experience in recreation, aquatics, camp programming, hospitality, or event coordination
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to engage with children, families, and members of all ages
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required, or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
