Operations Director, Patient Advocacy and Housing Services

The Operations Director will provide high-level support to the Senior Director of Patient Advocacy and Housing Services. This position requires working closely with the JFS management team, members of the public, funders, and government officials. Duties include composing and preparing materials, coordinating schedules, handling communications and assisting with budgeting and fiscal management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services/social work/business administration or related field is preferred, bachelor’s degree required
• A minimum of 5 years’ work experience managing and administering programs with experience in budget development and management
• Valid driver’s license, access to an automobile, insurance, and willingness to drive to offsite locations including occasional overnight travel
