Heavy Maintenance Lead

JF Petroleum Group is seeking a Heavy Maintenance Lead to provide daily direction and coordination for a team of Heavy Maintenance Technicians. The role involves overseeing assigned HM tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining equipment. This position requires travel and requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position will ensure customer satisfaction and maintain equipment standards.

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license
• 5 years of construction experience preferred
• Must be able to successfully lead and mentor 4-6 Heavy Maintenance Techs
• Ability to repetitively lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willing to travel 85-90%
• Safe operation of heavy machinery
• Obtain/Maintain HM certifications
