The role involves overseeing daily shop operations, ensuring high-quality repairs, efficient workflow, and exceptional customer satisfaction. The Shop Foreman will be a technical expert and mentor for technicians, responsible for both diagnostic work and complex repairs.

Requirements

• Supervise and support technicians in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets manufacturer standards
• Coordinate with service advisors to manage repair timelines and customer expectations
