Requirements

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
• Develop project execution plans, construction schedules, and work breakdown structures
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to obtain approvals and permits
• Lead cross-functional project teams
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal departments
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates in collaboration with QS teams
• Monitor expenses, progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and change requests
• Implement cost control measures and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project
• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications
• Identify and resolve construction issues, risks, and conflicts that arise during the execution phase
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
• Monitor QA/QC procedures to maintain high construction standards
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and statutory compliance
• Coordinate site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented as needed
• Track project progress against milestones and schedules
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management and clients
• Anticipate delays and proactively implement corrective actions to recover lost time
• Ensure successful completion, final testing, commissioning, and handover of the project to the client
