Job Description
The Assistant Chief Engineer will supervise, lead, and support the operation, inspection, and maintenance processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. The role requires technical expertise in multiple craft areas and being multi-skilled in all others.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of applicable working experience in general building repair, maintenance, and engineering
- Valid Stationary Engineers License in the City of Chicago, and any other licenses as required by authority having jurisdiction
- Universal CFC certification required
