Assistant Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will drive project success, manage budgets, and build strong client relationships. You will work closely with project managers and senior project managers to plan, document, cost, and tender projects. You will also support regional sales strategy and growth of the business.

Requirements

• Degree in any property-related discipline
• At least ten years of experience in Planning in MS Project/Primavera, Contract and Billing construction, ERP based tools or project management
• Expertise in the field of project management
• Ability to promote open and constructive relationships with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients
• Drive to succeed and love achieving challenging goals
• Structured and organised approach to work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
