JLL is seeking a Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support, and lead day to day project management activities. The successful candidate will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials
- Proficiency in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and local jurisdictional regulations
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes
- Ability to prepare and track budgets, forecasts, schedules, and project risk assessments
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
