Project Manager - Projects and Development Services

Role Overview

A Project Manager in Projects and Development Services oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development and construction projects from inception through completion. This role serves as the central coordination point between clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

What You Will Do

Develop comprehensive project plans, manage stakeholders, prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, track expenditures, process payment applications, implement cost control measures, develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor critical path activities, identify potential delays, and implement recovery strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
• 5-8+ years of progressive project management experience in real estate development, construction, or related industries
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6), construction management platforms (Procore, BIM 360), financial analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
