Role Overview

We are looking for a positive, creative and fearless person who loves pushing the limits to join our rapidly growing business. As a Norwegian-speaking International Recruiter, you will work remotely from anywhere, helping Europeans get cool jobs at their dream destinations in Europe.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process, including tasks like job briefing, creating job ads on social media, screening, interviews, reference checks, and feedback sessions.

Requirements

• Speak and write Norwegian at a native level
• Speak English fluently (B2)
• Experience in sales or recruitment is not a must, but preferred
• Live in Greece, Bulgaria, or other parts of the South-East of Europe
• Experience from living in an international environment is a big plus
• Knowledge of and experience with social media and how to use it efficiently as a recruitment tool
