Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in team leadership, people management, or department management roles
• Background in content, marketing, social media, design, or creative-driven environments with understanding of CMS and content production workflows
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and operational streams simultaneously
• Proven ability to lead performance management processes, including feedback delivery, evaluations, and team development
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across cross-functional teams
• Ability to balance empathy, structure, and decisiveness in managing people and team performance
